Who We Are
EJ Ventures is a finance consulting firm that partners with small and medium-sized businesses to unleash their full potential. We offer practical solutions to roadblocks and work tirelessly to ignite growth. Our team of experienced consultants is passionate about partnering with businesses with exciting products or services.
Our Story
EJ Ventures was founded by Elizabeth Hanano, CFA in 2017. EJ started her career during the financial crisis as an equity research associate at investment bank Raymond James where she covered multiple sectors including industrials, retail, and tech. In this role, EJ participated in many investment banking transactions including the IPO of Spirit Airlines.

EJ then moved to the buy-side at Systematic Financial where she carried out stock selection for a $1 billion sleeve of a $14 billion portfolio of long-only equity investments.

After analyzing and investing in public companies for years EJ wanted to get back to her passion of launching small businesses. In 2017, she turned this passion into a full-time business and launched EJ Ventures.
